FREE TRIAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
For all TRIAL orders placed from September 30, 2008 to February 22, 2009, the following terms were in a large box on the order page and customer clicked a check box stating he/she agreed to the following terms:
We are so confident you will love our product that we are sending you a full month supply of Zenerect for a thirty (30) day free trial period. You must provide your billing information so we can charge you shipping and handling (not refundable) for the free trial. You will automatically be enrolled in our preferred customer auto-ship program and on the 30th day from your trial you will be shipped a 2 month supply of Zenerect for only $99.98 ($10 off regular price). In addition, you will be shipped a fresh 2 month supply every 60 days thereafter (i.e. you will be shipped a new 2 month supply on day 90, 150 and 210 following your initial free trial order). You may cancel your enrollment in our auto-ship program by calling us at 800-514-8804 or emailing us at info@zenerect.com and providing the full name on the order. All cancellations must be received at least three (3) days prior to your rebill date in order to avoid being charged for your next 2 month supply.
Please note: We do not accept returns of the 2 month Zenerect supply, as customers have the ability to cancel their enrollment in the auto-ship program at any point during the first 27 days of their trial, if they are unsatisfied with the product. No returned, refused or Return To Sender packages will be accepted or processed as a refund.
Limit one free trial per household.
All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and we reserve the right to blacklist you with merchant services which will complicate future online purchases. Denying a purchase that you have made, or refuting future charges which you agree to by accepting the terms of our trial offer, is illegal and will result in an investigation which can lead to heavy fines or other legal action against you. In addition, your credit rating can be affected by false claims of fraud. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us to clarify the matter.
For all TRIAL orders placed prior to September 30th, 2008, the following terms were in a large box on the order page and customer clicked a check box stating he/she agreed to the following terms:
We are so confident you will love our product that we are sending you a full month supply of Zenerect for a two (2) week free trial period. You must provide your billing information so we can charge you shipping and handling (not refundable) for the free trial. From the date of your order we will assume 5 days for shipping (shipping time may be more or less based on your location and date of the week order was placed). Your free trial will last from days 6-19. At any time during that period, if you are not satisfied with the product than you can return the bottle and unused pills to us, and you will not incur any additional costs. We highly recommend that a return receipt be requested for any product that is returned. We are not responsible for packages lost in the return shipping process. The package must be received by us by the 25th day from your order. If it is not received by that time, you will be billed on the 26th day $54.99 for your first month’s supply of Zenerect. Having enjoyed the use of the product, you will be enrolled in our preferred customer auto-ship program and on the 45th day from your original order, and every sixty (60) days thereafter, we will ship you a two month supply of Zenerect at the reduced cost of $79.98 for two bottles. You may cancel your enrollment in our auto-ship program at anytime by emailing us at info@zenerect.com or calling us at 800-514-8804.
