RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a 100% money back (not including shipping charge), no questions asked refund if you are unsatisfied with your first bottle of Zenerect. This policy only covers regular orders and does not apply to trial orders. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your bottles and any unused pills to us for a refund. Please note that we cannot provide a full refund if you made a multiple bottle order and have opened at least 2 bottles. If multiple bottles have been opened then your refund will be based on the per bottle cost of the package you select. You will always be refunded the full amount for the first bottle opened. For example, if you order 4 bottles at a cost of $159.99 and you only return 2 unopened bottles (within the 30 day refund period) then we will refund you for 3 bottles (2 unopened bottles plus your first opened bottle) at the per bottle cost of $40.00 for a total of $120.00 back to your credit card used for the original purchase. To receive a refund, please make sure that the full name associated with the order is on the return address of your package. No returned, refused or Return To Sender packages will be accepted or processed as a return We highly recommend that a return receipt be requested for any product that is returned. We are not responsible for packages lost in the return shipping process. Upon receipt of the package, your credit card will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
